Delivery & Returns Information
As our name suggests, the majority of items that we stock are rustic pieces that will not be completely perfect which only adds to their charm. Please keep in mind that vintage items may be slightly worn, perhaps with imperfections, however this is what adds character and makes them unique.
Our Amish Barn Stars are made from upcycled tin roofs and are folded into the star shape. Some of the tin has been painted several times during its life and sizes can vary slightly. This is what makes them completely original and unique and adds so much charm to them.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your orders within approx 2-3 working days. Please do get in touch if you would like a quote for next day delivery.
We use Royal Mail or another courier service.
We aim to package all orders extremely carefully, however in the event of a damaged item upon receipt, please email us straight away with photographs to mel.whitehead@btinternet.com

Large items such as furniture are available for delivery and we can provide a quote depending on your location. Local delivery available free of charge and collections also welcome from our base in Birdforth near Easingwold.

Returns
Please make sure you are certain on an item before going ahead with payment. We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchases. However it is your responsibility to check your order carefully upon receipt of goods. In the unlikely event that you find the product(s) damaged or faulty we will of course offer a refund or exchange. Please remember our items are rustic and many will not be perfect which will be portrayed in our photos as best we can.
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. If you fail to inform us within 14 days of receipt you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. The cost of the goods will be refunded (excluding original delivery fees), so long as the goods are still in the condition in which they left our warehouse. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.
